Nearing completion this new Inverloch home will soon be welcoming the new owners
Meanderri Drive Custom Build:
Designed by Beaumont Concepts and built by Davidson Builders. This spacious coastal home maximising on sunlight and all of the natural benefits of heating and cooling. Featuring an internal garden and custom built joinery throughout.
We are nearing completion of this 7 star energy rated home in Inverloch. We’ve enjoyed collaborating with the owners along with Beaumont Concepts to to come up with a design brief that ticked all of their design objectives.
The great location in Meanderri Drive Inverloch is close to Broadbeach Health Club and many nature trails and walks.
All frames are up and the roof is on and we’re looking forward to starting on the exterior cladding and internal fit out.
