Leading Hand Carpenter

 Davidson Builders team are growing and seeking a new team member.

Job Description

Day to day running’s of site, liaising with trades, ensuring materials and trades are onsite when required as per project schedule.

Manage and maintain onsite OH&S requirements.

Ensure trades are aware of works to be completed, and works are completed as per plans and specification to a high standard.

Advise project manager of any changes to plans and or specifications. 

Ensure Davidson Builders carpenters, apprentices and labourers are utilised in and efficient manner.

Competent in all aspects of carpentry including set out, slab set up, framing, lock up, fix out and decks. 

Renumeration

Full time position – package based on experience. 

Skills & Experience

Trade qualifications (cert III in Carpentry) minimum 4 years post apprenticeship working on custom homes, White card, excellent communication skills, Drivers Licence and trade tools.
